Introduction to legal nurse consulting, understanding the different LNC roles, marketing yourself, networking strategies, and building your professional CV and online presence.
PHASE 2
Building Your Business
Business formation and setup, creating your fee schedule, drafting contracts and engagement letters, finding and connecting with attorneys, and landing your first case.
PHASE 3
Clinical-Legal Work
Medical record review techniques, identifying standards of care and deviations, writing reports for attorneys, preparing chronologies and summaries, and deposition preparation.
PHASE 4
Expanding Your Practice
Expert witness preparation, life care planning, specialized LNC roles, scaling your practice, and building long-term attorney relationships for repeat business.
